Investidad is the buyer's platform for new homes in Spain. It brings together new developments and off-plan projects across five coasts, with everything you need to know about each one and guides to how buying works, in plain English.

We are not a traditional estate agency. You can search, compare and read on your own for as long as you like. When you want help, one of our advisors represents you: they shortlist projects, go through the contract and guarantees with your independent lawyer, and stay with you until the keys. There is no obligation to talk to us.

How we are paid. You pay nothing to Investidad. When a sale completes, the developer or seller pays our fee, as is usual for new developments in Spain. We confirm this in writing before you commit to anything. Our advisors compare projects on what suits you, not on what the seller pays us, and we never show who listed a property.
