The file of a finished building, with the as-built project and instructions for use and maintenance, delivered to its owners.
Article 7 of the LOE requires the documentation of the finished works, including the project with its approved changes, to form the Libro del Edificio, which is handed to the building's end users. It helps owners and the community maintain the building and deal with warranty claims.
