The binding contract with the developer that sets the price, the payment plan, the specifications and the delivery date.
For an off-plan home it should state the stage payments, the guarantee and special account for each one, the building specifications (memoria de calidades), the delivery date and what happens if it is missed. Ownership passes later, when the title deed is signed before a notary.
